Pure gold is the oldest form of beaten metal, dating back to Ancient Egyptians. Gold is converted into extremely thin leaves using a hammer, requiring precision of the eye and control when beating. Today, this is done by machine, guaranteeing quality and consistency. Rich, textural pieces of 24k gold leaf are captured within our signature round case, with a centre piece of Perspex revealing the gold leaf from front and side views. Set in gunmetal plated base metal with black enamel detailing.
